No service incidents have been recorded to date. Current status, operating target, contractual commitment and measured history are four different claims, so they are published separately.

- Operating target
- 99.9% monthly uptime for paid subscriptions, as stated in the Terms of Service. It carries no remedy and it is not a promise.
- Contractual SLA
- None published. Service commitments are defined in executed customer agreements.
- Measured history
- Not published. No external monitoring record is long enough to report a figure anyone could audit, and none is estimated to fill the gap.
