AutoLabels replaces the addendum printer and a generic e-sign. It produces the window sticker, the dealership addendum, the Buyers Guide and the itemized customer acknowledgment from one verified record — and checks the price on the document against the price on the store’s own live website before anyone signs.

Six steps run on every vehicle in the same order, so the document a customer is handed is produced the same way whoever is working that day.

Ingest
Vehicles arrive from the store's inventory feed on a nightly sync, by CSV import, or from a phone scanning the lot. Each VIN becomes a record rather than a one-off document.

Verify
VIN decode establishes year, make, model, trim and factory equipment, and open NHTSA recalls surface before the vehicle is merchandised rather than after.

Generate
Window sticker, dealership addendum and Buyers Guide are produced from the same verified record, so the numbers on them cannot disagree with each other.

Review
A generated document is a draft until a person releases it. The price on it is checked against the price on the dealership's own live website, with a one-click re-check on any VIN before anything is signed, and a mismatch is surfaced to a person rather than resolved silently.

Publish
The Vehicle Passport goes to the shopper by QR code on the glass and as an embed on the vehicle detail page, carrying equipment, disclosures and history.

Retain
Every document version, signature and action stays with the VIN, time-stamped and attributable, and is exportable on request.

- Versioning, not overwriting
- Regenerating a document creates a new version instead of replacing the old one. What a customer was shown on a stated day remains retrievable after the price, the addendum or the disclosure set has moved on.
- Documented customer acknowledgment
- What is included in the price, what the customer chose and what the customer declined are itemized on one document the customer reviews and signs on their own phone, retained with the version of the language they saw.
What AutoLabels does not claim
- RooftopOS publishes no usage figure for AutoLabels — no VIN count, no documents-generated total, no price mismatches caught, no time to produce a signed document. Nothing has been measured, reviewed and authorized for publication.
- State-by-state disclosure rules are not applied automatically. The dealership configures its own set, and automatic per-state rules remain In Development.
AutoLabels supports dealership documentation and recordkeeping workflows. It does not provide legal advice or guarantee legal compliance.
Shared Vehicle Record
AutoLabels establishes the identity everything else attaches to.
RooftopOS is the platform; AutoLabels is one of the applications running on it. It writes the vehicle’s verified identity into the shared record, and reads back what the other applications learned about the same VIN.

Where AutoLabels actually stands.
- AutoLabels is operating in production.
- Nightly inventory sync, per-VIN re-check, document generation, customer signing and the Vehicle Passport are available today.
- Website price verification as a hard signing gate, the per-VIN tamper-evident document log and verified installer sign-off depend on the configuration a rooftop is quoted for, and are confirmed in the order form.
- Automatic state-by-state disclosure rules across all fifty states are In Development. Today the dealership configures its own disclosure set and AutoLabels applies it consistently.
The one deployment RooftopOS names with its founding design partner is an AutoCurb deployment, not an AutoLabels one. The founding design partner.

Inventory feeds
LiveHow vehicles enter AutoLabels — a nightly sync from the store's feed, a CSV import, or a phone scanning the lot. Any VIN can be re-checked on demand rather than waiting for the next sync.
Dealer website
LiveThe advertised price on a document is checked against the price the dealership publishes on its own live website, and the Vehicle Passport embeds on the vehicle detail page under the store's brand.
Document storage and export
LiveEvery version, signature and action accumulates against the VIN as one list, exportable on request rather than reassembled from the tools that produced it.
DMS
