RooftopOS

Pricing

Pricing built around the rooftop — not the VIN.

RooftopOS is sold as a per-rooftop software subscription configured to the applications, integrations, and implementation scope selected.

Subscriptions are quoted per rooftop, with applicable usage or service limits defined in the order form.

Application options

Start with one application, or connect all three.

RooftopOS publishes no rate today. A published entry rate is a claim that nothing cheaper is purchasable, and that is confirmed at source before it appears here.

auto(CURB)

Live

Vehicle acquisition

Acquire vehicles directly from consumers and manage every step through check request.

Contact Sales

A rate is published only once it is confirmed as the lowest configuration a dealership can buy. That confirmation is outstanding, so this application is quoted.

  • Every acquisition channel — off-street, service drive, in-store trade, walk-in, referral
  • Full appraisal, offer builder, and manager approval
  • Declined-offer recovery, equity mining, and check-request handoff
  • Versioned, timestamped consent on every customer message

auto(LABELS)

Live

Vehicle identity and merchandising

Keep the physical and digital vehicle record aligned, current, visible, and traceable.

Contact Sales

The same rule applies here: the entry configuration is not yet confirmed, so this application is quoted rather than listed.

  • Window stickers, dealer addendums, and Buyers Guides in English and Spanish
  • VIN decode with NHTSA recall and Takata stop-sale banner
  • Customer digital signing by QR code on any phone
  • Website price verification, and a tamper-evident per-VIN deal file RooftopOS produces on request

auto(FILM)

Pilot

Sales and service video

Turn sales and service video into an actionable customer decision.

Pilot terms

AutoFilm is in pilot and cannot be bought today. Terms are agreed in writing with each pilot dealership.

  • Personalized sales video and inventory walkarounds
  • Technician video multi-point inspection with timestamped findings
  • Customer approvals and declined-service tracking
  • Video attached to the vehicle record, not to a person's phone

Connected deployment

All three applications, one account

One dealership account across all three applications, writing to a single Shared Vehicle Record.

Custom quote

A connected deployment is scoped and quoted rather than listed, and it includes AutoFilm, which is in pilot.

Connected capabilities, by status

  • Shared accountLive
  • Shared Vehicle RecordLive
  • Cross-application reportingPilot
  • Automated handoffsIn Development
  • Public APIPlanned
  • Includes AutoFilm, which is in pilot and not generally available.
  • A capability that is not Live is not quoted as though it were.

What determines a quote

Four inputs, and nothing hidden.

A rooftop is one dealership location, with its own inventory, its own users, and its own customer records. Four things change the number.

  1. 01

    Applications selected

Which of AutoCurb, AutoLabels and AutoFilm the store runs.

  2. 02

    Rooftops

How many locations, and whether they share inventory or a central desk.

  3. 03

    Integrations

The DMS, inventory-feed and website connections the deployment has to cover.

  4. 04

    Implementation scope

How much configuration, training and go-live support the store wants from us.

What is included

Every subscription is implemented, not just provisioned.

A dealership does not get a login and a wish of good luck. Each of these is part of standing the rooftop up, whichever applications it runs.

Configuration
Your subdomain, branding, disclosure set and integrations, connected and verified against your live website before anyone uses them.
Role setup
Users and permissions for every team that touches the workflow, so a manager's approvals and a front-line user's screens are not the same screen.
Training
Role-based sessions for each team, plus a written runbook the store keeps. Managers are trained on approvals and reporting separately.
Go-live support
We are in the dashboard alongside your team through the first live days, on real vehicles and real customers.
The agreed support level
Day-to-day support after handover, at the level written into your order form. No response-time promise is published here, because none is approved.

Quoted separately

  • Applicable taxes
  • Third-party data or hardware a dealership chooses to add, for example OBD-II devices
  • Custom integration work outside the published integration set

The published integration set is on the platform page.

Before you buy

Structured 60-Day Proof of Value

A scoped sixty-day evaluation on one rooftop, with a measured baseline at the start, success metrics agreed in writing before go-live, two formal reviews, and a deployment decision at the end.

This is an evaluation, not a trial. It is designed so that at day sixty both sides are looking at the same numbers and the decision is obvious to whoever has to sign it. Commercial terms for the evaluation period are set in the scoping conversation and confirmed in writing before it starts.

  1. Before go-live

    Baseline establishment

Measure how the store performs today, before anything changes. Without this, nothing at day sixty can be attributed to anything.

  2. Day 60

    60-day results review

Compare the sixty-day result to the baseline, against the metrics agreed on day one.

  3. After day 60

    Paid deployment decision

A clean decision on the evidence, with no automatic conversion and no pressure created by a billing date.
